Energy Sessions Regulations
1. Nature of the session
The sessions I offer are spiritual, energetic and developmental in nature. They are not a form of medical, psychological or psychiatric therapy. I do not diagnose or treat diseases in the sense of conventional medicine. My goal is to support clients in the process of self-discovery, energy healing and inner transformation.
2. Voluntary and responsible
Each client decides to have a session of their own free will and takes full responsibility for their decisions, processes and results. The session is an invitation to transformation – you decide what to do with this energy.
3. Confidentiality and security
All information shared during the session is treated as strictly confidential. I provide a space of respect, acceptance and energetic safety. Sessions are held online (Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom) or in person - if previously agreed.
4. Contraindications
Sessions are not recommended for people in a state of severe mental crisis, under the influence of psychoactive substances, alcohol or in a state of impaired consciousness. I reserve the right to refuse to conduct a session if I consider that it is not the right time or that it could violate the client's well-being.
5. Payments
Payment must be made by bank transfer, PayPal or cash - before the session or at the latest at the time of its commencement. Failure to pay will result in the inability to carry out the session.
In the case of online payment, please provide your name and surname as the transfer title.
6. Cancellation of sessions and delays
The session can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. In case of later cancellation or absence - the session is considered completed. Please be punctual - lateness may shorten the session time.
7. Minor customers
Clients under the age of 18 are welcome to attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who consents to the session. The guardian will also be asked to remain present for the duration of the agreed session.
For children under the age of 16, the child's presence or consent is not required, however I reserve the right to refuse to provide information or conduct a session if I feel it would be unethical or not in the best interests of the child.
8. Ethics and boundaries
I work in accordance with the principles of spiritual ethics, with full respect for the free will and process of each person. I do not impose my own beliefs or make decisions for the client. You have the right to stop the session at any time if you feel that you need to.
9. Effects and process
The effects of the session are individual and depend on many factors, including the client's readiness for change, openness of heart and mind, and trust in the process. Sometimes changes occur immediately, other times it takes more time for the new energy to be integrated. I encourage patience, openness, and mindfulness towards yourself. I emphasize that I am not responsible for the effects of the session or for the way the client uses the knowledge and energy gained. Each client takes full responsibility for their own process.
10. Reservation of the right to make changes
I reserve the right to make changes to these regulations. The current version of the regulations is always available on the website and is effective from the moment of its publication.
